Thesis

The last scarce input in a company is no longer capital. It is attention.

We built a holding company that treats operating attention as a deployable system — and keeps the law pointed at people.

A lime lattice in the shape of a living organizational chart

01

Labor does not scale. Agents do.

Every industrial company still rents human attention by the hour to do work that is already specified. We treat that work as software: deploy it, observe it, replace it when it fails.

02

The corporation is a protocol.

Incorporation, ledgers, customer ops, fulfillment, support — these are state machines with a fiduciary wrapper. We run the machines. Directors hold the wrapper.

03

Own the company, not the tool.

We do not sell copilots to other firms. We found and own the firms. Returns accrue to the PLC, not to a seat license.

What we are not

  • A chatbot vendor selling seats to other people’s firms.
  • A research lab with a waitlist and no P&L.
  • A staffing company with a model in the middle.
  • A DAO. Directors are named. Liability is not a meme.

What we are

A PLC that founds operating companies, runs them with agents, and compounds the cash and the learning at the holding layer. Humanoid Movers moves houses. QuantumLyte runs a health ledger. The Floor watches both. The Clerk keeps the register.
